How long will it take to receive my order?
Downloadable orders arrive instantly. The moment your order goes through you get a link to start downloading. We use high-speed servers from Amazon.com so downloads are usually pretty fast. On non-downloadable items we typically ship via FedEx Ground or UPS ground. Items take 3-4 days to arrive within the U.S.; longer internationally. Contact us if you have any questions.

What if my downloadable video doesn’t play?
Our downloads are 100% guaranteed to play. If you have any problems with downloaded videos, contact us and we’ll fix it or your money back.

What forms of payment do your accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Certified Checks. To pay by check, please contact us first for payment instructions.

What is your return policy?
Downloadable items are non-returnable, but we guarantee they’ll play and we think you’ll find them a great value. Non-downloadable items vary from manufacturer but are all guaranteed to work as advertised and arrive free of defects. For any specific concerns, please contact us.

Is my transaction secure?
All online purchases from DSLR Cinematography.com are made using Paypal on a SSL connection which encrypts all your personal information—including name, address and credit card number- so that it can be transmitted safely across the Internet.

What are your shipping rates?
Downloadable items have no shipping charges. Non-downloadable items typically cost between $10-15 for shipping.

How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email with your order for instructions on tracking packages and order status inquiries.

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?
Contact us immediately and a salesperson will research your order. In an attempt to ship orders as soon as possible, it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed. Downloadable items may not be cancelled once the first download has started.

Can I ask follow-up questions about the course I ordered?
Absolutely, we love to answer questions. We’ve tried to make our courses as thorough as possible and anticipate every possible question. But if you still have more contact us and we’ll help you out!

Do I need a Mac or an iPhone to view these videos?
All videos are encoded to QuickTime, so all you need is a computer (Windows or Mac) with the latest version of the QuickTime Player, which you can download for free here. If you do have an iPod or iPhone you can also use iTunes on Mac or PC to transfer videos immediately to your device and take DSLR Cinematography with you to the set, on a trip, or wherever you want to learn more!
